At Seeley-Swan Vacations, we believe that having professional property management should make your life simpler, not more complex. We've built our business on strong customer relationships, which has driven us to conduct business differently than other companies. We manage your property the way we would want our own properties managed.

In addition to finding the ideal tenant to rent your property, we stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, the latest legislation, participate in ongoing education, have highly-trained and licensed staff, and are members of the Montana Landlords Association (MLA). MLA is a statewide, non-profit trade association dedicated to the concept that knowledgeable, well-informed, and law-abiding members make better Landlords.

Not only will we help you find the ideal tenant to live in your property, but we also conduct thorough move-in inspections, periodic site visits and move-out site inspections – all in an effort to help make sure that your investment is in being maintained in a safe and healthy manner.

We handle all of the day-to-day operations, such as marketing, rent collections, maintenance, and tenant notifications. We take a proactive stance on tenant compliance to help mitigate potential damages.
