Welcome to Clearwater River Escape — a bright & spacious riverfront retreat tucked into a quiet subdivision, just one mile from downtown Seeley Lake.

Step inside to an open-concept living & dining area where natural light fills the space. From the front, you’ll enjoy mountain views of the Swan Range, while the back of the home overlooks the Clearwater River — with the gentle sound of flowing water often heard from the bedrooms.

The fully stocked kitchen provides generous counter space & everything needed for gathering & meal prep, while a convenient laundry room just off the kitchen makes extended stays easy.

The main floor features two comfortable queen bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bath & walk-in closet, while the second queen bedroom is located near a full guest bath.

Just a few steps downstairs, additional living space awaits. The bunk room includes two sets of twin bunks, a TV & movies — making it a perfect retreat for kids or extra guests.

Step outside to the covered patio for meals overlooking the river, or take a short walk down to relax by the water’s edge. The peaceful setting offers the feeling of being tucked away — while still being close to town.

Up to two mature dogs (at least one year old) are welcome for an additional fee. Fireplace is not for guest use. Garage is not for guest use. Full house rules always provided upon booking.
