Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, & a convenient laundry area. One bedroom includes a queen bed & two twin beds, while the second offers one queen bed.

The third floor features two additional bedrooms & another full bathroom. One bedroom includes two queen beds, while the other offers one queen bed. This level also includes a cozy lounge space with a small bar & lake views, plus access to a private balcony overlooking the water — an ideal spot to unwind at the end of the day.

The walkout lower level provides a large open sleeping area with two twin bunk beds, offering additional space for larger groups. With direct access to the yard & lakefront, it’s easy to step outside & enjoy everything this property has to offer.

The uniquely designed “W”-shaped dock offers multiple access points to the water. The property includes both the lakehouse & a neighboring trailer home, which may be rented separately. The dock is shared, with designated sections for each rental to ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy the space.
