Renter is responsible for shoveling pathway and hauling personal trash to Refuse District. All other utilities including Wi-Fi are included in the rent amount. Tenant is allowed a max of two pets with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. One year lease is preferred but open to negotiation of other lease terms. Renters insurance is required. ​

Monthly rent is $1,500 and due on the 1st of every month. First month rent and security deposit of $1,500 is due at time of move-in.
