Long-Term Rentals

In addition to vacation rentals, Seeley-Swan Vacations manages long-term rentals (rentals of 30 days or more).

We currently have a shortage of available long-term rentals in our area so we recommend that you call our office to inquire or be added to our wait list. We will then contact you as any properties meeting your criteria become available.

We do not list rentals on this website. To view our available rentals, or to set up alerts for rentals in our area, go to Zillow.com. 

Tenant Access

The Rentec Direct Tenant app from Rentec Direct provides instant access to property and rental data on the go. You can find it in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

With the Rentec app you can:

  • view your current payment status

  • pay rent online or schedule automatic monthly payments,

  • see your rental billing history,

  • submit repair orders with pictures from your phone, and

  • update notification preferences

 

If you would like to use the tenant app, contact us and we will enable access and send you a welcome email. We're also happy to help you download and set up the app if you would like to stop by our office during normal business hours.​
