Inside, the open-concept living, dining, & kitchen space is filled with natural light from a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Whether you’re sharing meals, playing games, or simply relaxing, this space is designed for gathering & taking in the view.

The main floor features two comfortable queen bedrooms, while the loft above offers additional sleeping space with four twin beds — perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step outside & you’ll find everything you need to fully enjoy lake life. Relax on the covered porch, grill on the side deck, or spend your evenings around the fire pit under the stars. For daytime adventures, guests have access to three kayaks & two paddleboards — ideal for exploring the calm waters of the bay.

Loon’s Nest is intentionally WiFi-free, offering a chance to unplug & reconnect with nature, while still maintaining reliable cell service for those who need it.

Located within walking distance to downtown Seeley Lake, you’ll have easy access to local restaurants, shops, & nearby recreation, while still enjoying the quiet, tucked-away feel of this lakeside setting.
