As you enter the living room, you immediately notice the eastern views from the french doors leading out the back of the house. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open with vaulted ceilings and windows on three sides. The kitchen bar is great for eating or entertaining. Lots of counter space and nice appliances make this kitchen perfect for meal prep. Just off the kitchen is a large laundry room. Down a short hall are a full guest bath and two bedrooms. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and eastern views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private 3/4 bath. There is an additional pull-out bed in the living room, providing flexible sleeping options.

The back deck opens to a grassy yard and rock fire pit. Sitting atop a ridge provides amazing eastern views of the Swan Range. Due to the rural setting close to the Clearwater River, you frequently see wildlife in the yard.

Just 1 mile off Highway 83 and the recreational community of Seeley Lake - it't the perfect jumping off point for any of the plentiful outdoor activities. 5 minutes from the lake, local shopping and restaurants. The community walking trail along Highway 83 through town doubles as a snowmobile trail in winter. Sled right from the house to both the east and west side trails! Less than 5 miles from the Seeley Lake Nordic Ski Trails.

In the summer months, we are centrally located to dozens of hiking trails, rivers and lakes.
